Thirty-year-old Meeks, from Stockton, California, was arrested on June 18 over gang-related crimes and felony weapons charges.

When the Stockton Police Department posted his mugshot on Facebook, the good-looking thug quickly became an internet sensation.
Though he had no idea just how popular he had become - Meeks has been behind bars since his arrest – with bail set at $1million.
The American ABC network organized an interview with Meeks, who said that he is innocent and he is no longer a gangster.
But Stockton Police sure that he is guilty of the about 11 felonies. So if they will find the proof of his crime, Jeremy Meeks could be locked up for quite a while.
They remind that he served two years in prison for grand theft in 2002.
Well Jeremy’s’ Meek case remind us another case: four years ago, in June 2010 Anna Chapman was arrested on suspicion of working as a spy for the Russian government.
Chapman plead guilty, and was deported back to Russia in July 2010, in the biggest spy swap deal since 1986.
Her sexy looks attracted great attention by the media.
So after returning to Russia Anna posed for the men’s magazines and now she is business woman and she hosts a TV show ‘Mysteries of the World with Anna Chapman’.
Lets hope that Jeremy Meeks will turn his life to the better like Anna did.
Almost 100,000 people have ‘liked’ his mugshot on the Stockton Police Department Facebook page, which was posted along with the four other men he was arrested with.
There are more than 25,000 comments on that page.
