At the first day of year 2017 in Auckland tennis superstars Serena and Venus Williams will met All Black brothers Julian and Ardie Savea at a charity match-up.

The sisters vs. brothers match-up took place at 1pm on Sunday, January 1, at the ASB Tennis Arena in Auckland.
ASB has created the event to raise money for Kaikoura, to help with the town’s rebuild following last month’s earthquakes.
At the same event also have been involved in some friendly play New Zealand tennis star Marina Eracovic and 18-year-old Jade Lewis – who is 2016 New Zealand Championship winner.

All Blacks Ardie and Julian Savea tried playing in a new sport discipline for them against the Williams sisters.
And Caroline Wozniacki, one of the world top players also was involved in this gameComedians Paul Ego and Urzila Carlson created relaxing atmosphere, entertained and refereed the match.

Serena Williams, currently No2 in the world rating. She has won 22 Grand Slam singles titles – a record she shares with Steffi Graf. The 35-year old American is the highest paid female athlete in the world, was named ‘Sports Woman of the Year’ at the Laureus Sports Awards for the third time in 2016 and included in Time ‘100 Most Influential People’.
Her older sister Venus Williams has won seven Grand Slam titles. She is back for the third time after reaching the finals in 2013 and winning the tournament in 2015.
