Below are essential foods, other products and medicines, recommended in some countries: USA, Germany, Ukraine.
Then, you can read how Angela Merkel assembled her own quarantine kit.

** USA **

Basic Disaster Supplies Kit

To assemble your kit, store items in airtight plastic bags and put your entire disaster supplies kit in one or two easy-to-carry containers such as plastic bins or a duffel bag.

A basic emergency supply kit could include the following recommended items:

• Replace expired items as needed

** Germany **

The list of necessary products, in order to survive in the conditions of quarantine, declared for 10 days, includes a supply of water, cereals, potatoes, macaroni, rice, vegetables, fruits, nuts, dairy products, meat, fish.

For one person for 10 days, without leaving home the essentials:

20 liters of drinking water,
3.5 kg (in general) of bread,
potatoes,
macaroni and rice,
2.5 kg of canned vegetables and nuts,
4 kg of dried fruit and canned Fruits,
2.6 kg of milk and dairy products,
1.5 kg of meat, fish, eggs or powdered powder,
0.4 kg of fats and vegetable oil.

Also, people are recommended to stock up on sugar, honey, flour, bouillon cubes, dry roast and chocolate.
The quarantine kit should include a stock of medicines, candles, gas burners, lanterns, batteries and disinfectants.

Angela Merkel, a chancellor of Germany went into quarantine at home on March 22nd after being informed that a doctor who had administered a vaccination to her had tested positive for the new coronavirus.

Before she went into quarantine, Merkel was photographed in supermarket, near her apartment in Berlin. She purchased fruits, soap, four bottles of wine and some other goods.

** Ukraine **

A set of products for a single adult person for 14 days of self-isolation:

potatoes 5 kg,
5 kg vegetables,
fruits 5 kg,
walnuts 1 kg,
chocolate 4-5 blocks,
fish / meat cans for 5 cans
4-5 kg of grain/cereals

It takes 80-100 grams of grain/cereals per person for a dinner or breakfast, or 300 grams per day. Thus for two weeks, it makes 4-5 kg of grain. It is necessary that this was a variety.

Vegetables are essential to supply vitamins. Also nuts - the source of Omega-3.

Also necessary proteins contain canned fish and meat.

So, summarizing the various opinions the Generic essentials food list looks as follows:

Food and kitchen

There is no definitive list of food items, but there are some food items that work better than others.

Pantry:

• Dried beans, rice and other grains, like oatmeal
• Canned fish, soup and stews
• Essentials like oil, salt and pepper
• Smoothie blends and protein powder
• Coffee and tea
• Snacks that have a longer shelf life, like dried fruit and nuts
• Cured meats

Freezer:

• Meat and poultry (ideally vacuum-sealed), like chicken, beef and pork
• Avoid fish, which can spoil if not properly frozen
• Vegetables and fruit

Other:

• Pet food, if you have pets (and treats!)
• All-purpose cleaning spray
• A water filter (or filter replacement)
• Dish soap and sponges
• Paper towels
• Be sure you have a reliable thermometer

More tips, how you shall write your own list of essential food items.

Vegetables and fruits

Frozen vegetables and fruits last much longer and have similar nutritional values as their fresh counterparts. The frozen ones are great for stir-fry. The fresh fruits/veges can be consumed row, or added to your morning cereals and smoothies. Choose frozen vegetables and unsweetened frozen fruits with no added salt and/or seasoning.

The long lasting vegetables are recommended for making baked sweet potato fries; and onions, for making baked onion rings and onion soups.

Fruits like apples, oranges, grapefruits and bananas also have a longer shelf life. Tips for bananas - choose the unripe ones so you can eat them as they ripen. Either as a stand-alone fruit or as an ingredient in your smoothies.

Bread

Bread is a one of most essential food in many countries/cultures. So purhase sliced loaf of whole grain bread for its rich nutritional content and toast a piece or two and pair it with your favourite nut butter, or simply enjoy it as French toast. Freezing bread extends its shelf life.

Milk

To increase your fridge space for other essential food items, choose powdered milk over fluid milk. Since both have the same nutrients, powdered milk is a great alternative to fluid milk where you can reconstitute it with water and drink it as is or add it to your dishes that call for milk.

Whole grains

It is important to have variety at your meals, so consider purchasing an array of whole grains: pasta, rice, quinoa, barley, millet and buckwheat. They are packed with nutrients and are just as versatile as rice where you can add them to salads, stir fry, or enjoy them as a side with other dishes.

Proteins

You adviced to have meats, poultry and fish in the freezer plus a dozen or two eggs available in the fridge.

Plant-based proteins

Dried lentils and peas to make split pea and lentil soup
Canned beans such as chickpeas, kidney beans and black beans, to add to your salads and soups, or to make bean dips like hummus or a hearty vegetarian chilli from scratch.

Canned fish also recommended, such as canned salmon and tuna. They are also a protein-rich filling for sandwiches, which are a perfect and easy to assemble food on days where you are swamped with teleconferences, virtual meetings and chores around the home.

Flour

It is quite good to have a bag or two of whole grain flour for baking whole grain muffins and biscuits for the family.

Snacks

Popcorn – When it is air popped and without any flavours added, popcorn is a low-calorie, low-fat, high-fibre whole grain snack. Instead of buying microwaveable packs, consider buying kernels prepacked or in bulk.

Plain chocolate – as antioxidant food that may offer health benefits, dark chocolate is an ideal choice for those who have a sweet tooth.

On the photo: exquisite E-Type presents beautifully in Carmen Red, the purest expression of the E-Type Jaguar.

MGB.

The MGB is a two-door sports car manufactured and marketed from 1962 until 1980 by the British Motor Corporation (BMC), later the Austin-Morris division of British Leyland, as a four-cylinder, soft-top sports car. Variants include the MGB GT three-door 2+2 coupé (1965–1980), the six-cylinder sports car and coupé MGC (1967–69), and the eight-cylinder 2+2 coupé, the MGB GT V8 (1973–76).

The original Europa and its variants comprise the Lotus Types 46, 47, 54, 65 and 74, and were produced between 1966 and 1975. The early 1960s was a very successful time for the Lotus. They created a line of mid-engine Formula 1 cars that won two World Championships. Later, they began producing a mid-engine road-going car introduced in 1966, named the Type 46. The Lotus Europa was built from 1966 through 1975 and was one of the first vehicles to use a mid-engine rear-wheel drive layout. In 1973, Lotus introduced the Europa TC Special. It was given an Austin five-speed manual gearbox and a Lotus Big Valve engine that produced 126 horsepower.

Land Rover

They actually built and sold around 8,000 and the orders just kept on coming in. The Land Rover was purchased by British and overseas farmers and mining companies, as expected, and also by military, police, and rescue services.
